Join the largest and only conference of its kind as we bring together over 2,000 college student leaders from across the country involved in community service, service learning, advocacy, and activism work.
We'll be gathering in the buckeye state at Cleveland State University(CSU), home to 10,433 undergraduates and 5,313 graduate students of diverse backgrounds, located in the heart of Cleveland. Cleveland boasts a population of roughly 2.8 million people, the rock-n-roll hall of fame, Cleveland Playhouse Theatre(Both of which may be involved, and the Cleveland Browns.
HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDES:
* Keynote speakers Adam Taylor, Executive Director of Global Justice, and Paul Loeb, noted author of "Soul of a Citizen".
* !50 student-led workshops and 15 day-long forums on topics like global aids, hunger and homelessness, careers in the common good, youth voice, globalization, and organizing for social change.
* Oppurtunities Fair with more than 50 organizations offering programs, jobs and/or internships
* Oxfam Hunger Banquet, exploring how food is distributed in our world.
* Service Plunge to make a difference for kids and families in Cleveland
* many exciting social oppurtunities, bands, and performers, and other things to be announced
