New Member Ideas!!!

Hey Kappas!! I am the new member chair at the Zeta Alpha chapter (Babson College). I wanted to get a head start for next semester's new members and I was wondering if anyone out there had some fantastic ideas for events! We've had problems with sisters not being enthusiastic about events, and I think a good solution may just be new ideas. Thanks!!
