Carnegie Mellon University(PA) will be adding a new sorority. Alpha Phi, Delta Zeta, and Gamma Phi Beta are presenting. Good luck to all groups.

I wasn't given the information on whether it is a ground up colonization or not. Is there a local still operating at CMU? The last one I knew of was the group that was absorbed by Alpha Chi Omega.

I'm fairly sure that there was going to be a second colonization at that time, but on the contingency that the AXO one worked. Good luck to those presenting!

VCU is really working to expand their FSL. They currently have the following colonies:
MCGLOs- alpha Kappa Delta Phi, Kappa Phi Gamma, Lambda Phi Epsilon, Lambda Theta Alpha, Lambda Theta Phi
NPC - Alpha Xi Delta (Spring '12), Zeta Tau Alpha (Fall '11)
IFC - Lambda Chi Alpha, Phi Kappa Psi, Triangle
Unfortunately, Phi Sigma Sigma closed its chapter this past Fall ('11). According to VCU's website, Phi Sigma Sigma plans to return in '15.

I know! Although, I am starting to feel a little "always a bridesmaid, never a bride" since we don't have any expansion selections yet this year.
On a related note... according to this Twitter exchange, UConn will be making their expansion decision tomorrow.

There's one in particular I want to catch - look for the maroon and gold ribbons 'round that bouquet!
