National Convention Registration is live

All-

You can now register for National Convention 2010 (not sure about hotel reservations).

http://www.apo.org/pages/show/Confer...n/Registration

This time they have "value packages" if you do the convention and both banquets. Or you can do ala carte.

Already registered last night.

Now we just need a theme...

Anyone seen a theme yet? (like Boston's Revolutionary Brotherhood)

No.

But something to keep in mind is that how they are running this Convention is VERY different from how its been in the past. They will be doing conventions this way for the forseeable future.

It seems to be very smooth so far, but my memory is not good enough to notice any significant differences from last time.

The changes are mainly in the background, in terms of how things are being organized and run.

Hopefully, for the average Brother, how things run should either be as smooth as in the past, or ideally better.

Does this mean a higher amount of involvement by our professional staff in the planning and design?

That's is my understanding. I can't say to what level, but understand more of the background stuff they'll be more involved.

That makes sense. So much of that background stuff becomes easier once you've done it once already rather than stressing an undergrad who won't be involved in the next one two years later.
