Having a nice breeze blowing and not way to hot to do some stove top cooking!!!

Potatoes are scrubbed, the sauce is set out to warm up a bit. Any ideas yet?

Boiled shrimp, Wahoo for me!!!

Making a casserole (one of the few that Sir Picky will eat!) that we call "Decidedly Cracker Arroz Con Pollo'. Yes, there's chicken & rice, and a few vegetables, but none of the tang of the real thing.
