Define your terms: racism

An article discussing different definitions (types?) of racism: interesting because so often a problem here on GC is that the term "racism" is used, and everyone interprets it differently.

I am not sure what racism is other than what people think about those that are not the same or like me!

Racism is but one of many boxes.

If racism wasn't a major issue throughout the world, we would find another -ism to replace it.

Not only do humans have a need to feel like they are special, but also have to have a mechanism to 'look down' upon those they feel superior to.
