My letters are too big :(

So I got letters from my big but it's a size too big. Do I wash it and hope it shrinks down or is there a way to remove the letters and put it on a smaller sized jacket?

I'm sorta mad, I told my big my size too!

Can't you buy a smaller jacket?

Have you tried it on with different shirts to see whether the size may work depending on the outfit? Have you asked your Big where the jacket was purchased to see what the company recommends?

I do not recommend making any adjustments yourself.

Jackets are sometimes bought at a larger size so that you can wear it on top of thicker shirts. Many years ago, I took my line sister's advice and bought a huge jacket that is way too long and way too bulky in the arms. I do not know why I took her advice. I should have known better when she was getting the smaller size for her own jacket. LOL. Thankfully I am way too old to be wearing that jacket as much as I did years ago. When I wear it, I wear it during colder months and adjust the bottom of the jacket so that it looks like it is supposed to be spacious.

Can I input my own question?

My big is getting me a Jersey and I think it might be too small. I have been starting to lose weight, is there anything you can do to make it fit better just in case? I doubt it will be too big an issue, I have been wearing smaller sizes more often anyways

Yeah, he already ordered it and I have worn other things in that size. I just don't want to gain weight then it'll be to small .

There is another way to think about this. He might be doing you a favor. From what I gather, you're about 20. Men grow to about the age of 25 and the last few years their shoulders drop. Your letters will last longer.

Your big definitely did you a favor. This way you can layer under the jacket and wear it year round. Not everything is supposed to fit like a Tapout shirt. (Some people would argue nothing is supposed to fit like that, but I digress.)

As far as the jersey, well, just don't gain any weight. Get your fat ass to the gym and walk instead of driving.
