Congrat's on being selected to colonize at Kenyon! It will be interesting to see if the other locals affiliate with a NPC group. We currenly have a colony there too.

I'm so happy for the DPhiE chapter at Georgia for recolonizing. Our lovely House Director at Texas A&M several years ago was House Director there until the house had to close. She LOVED the girls and her time there and was so hopeful that they would have the opportunity to recharter. She is smiling down on you ladies. Good Luck and congratulations

I did not think so. I looked at the sorority expansion site that some posters have visited, and it posted that it was.

Today is the day that Texas Tech is supposed to be announcing who they've invited to colonize. No idea on a time yet though.
ETA: They sure are dragging it out though, or they forgot

How long after being selected to colonize do sororities typically wait to begin actually colonizing? Ex: Presentations at Maryland are at the beginning of November and the expansion committee is expected to vote at the end of the month. Would they be more likely to do Spring15 during or after formal recruitment, Fall15 informal, or wait for Spring16 formal? I guess I'm asking which is most common?
