Four Texas State University fraternities have been handed suspensions, ranging from two to five years, for alcohol violations stemming from a party last year in which a 20-year-old student was fatally struck and dragged by a bus.
Pi Kappa Alpha - 2 years
Alpha Tau Omega - 3 years
Kappa Alpha Order - 4 years
Delta Tau Delta - 5 years
Alpha Tau Omega went a step further and revoked the charter for the Texas State chapter. The fraternities have the right to appeal the suspensions.

Pretty bummed that we aren't getting to re-establish our Epsilon Delta chapter. We're pretty strong in TN, too. It closed sometime in the 90's, I think. Fingers crossed for the chance to revive our Tennessee Wesleyan chapter!
