Last night we met some friends for dinner -I had the Sonoma bowl, a burger patty with goat cheese, on a salad of mixed baby lettuces with grilled grape tomatoes, grilled onions, and pesto vinaigrette

Those department store restaurants/bakeries were so good. May-Cohen's bakery made the best pastries-their rum cake was to die for.

I cooked 2small boneless, skinless chicken breasts in my instant pot. 4 minutes pressure cooking setting and 10 minutes decompression. Tender and juicy. We had green beans and marinated cucumbers with the chicken.

Tonight's meal is "the great white bean" (a yummy recipe from a recipe book called "Baby let's eat"from when my first born was a toddler) with rice.
