Does your chapter provide housing during summer?

I heard that some chapters rent their rooms to people during the summer period as most of the house isn't used during the summer. Do most chapters do that?

Our fraternity house is usually filled in the summer...most people stay in town.

Yes, but sometimes we can't fill the house and will take in boarders (usualy visiting profs and/or friends of the chapter) to keep costs low.
