I still have Charlotte (tarantula). She'll be 8 years old this fall. I lost my Emperor Scorpion, though. He passed away a couple of months ago, now.

But I have another scorpion that I bought a few weeks ago. He's a Whip Scorpion. http://youtu.be/3PiIuhqC7-8

He's still very young, so I plan on having him a long time. My Emperor Scorpion was given to me from one of my instructors during my large animal rotation when I was in school, and at the time I think he was about a year old. And that was almost 5-years ago. So he lived a long life.

Whip Scorpions are the coolest pets ever.

When I saw that video I said wtf? CG, you're not scared he's going to sting you with that big stinger on his butt? Lol. That thing looks wicked mean. What made you get one of those instead of a normal scorpion? Do you actually hold that thing?

I was told today that I date like a guy. The difference however was this guy friend of mine saw that as a compliment, and maturity in my dating preferences. Not that I'm a ho who can't be loyal to just one guy at a time.

Damn LOL! That's crazy. I didn't know tarantulas live that long. And since we're still in D&R random, did you read my response to that one post you posted? The one where you said your strength is. That was on point and I feel you. That's good shit.

Yeah, I think CG's description of feminity resonated with several of us.

I wish the women with whom it resonated would express as such. It is neither shocking nor impressive that it resonates with men.

I'm just interested in women's responses to varying definitions of femininity.

Men's kudos mean nothing.

And I'll give those same women kudos for doing what works for them.
