I want to start a....
I am currently in a sorority, but I am going to transfer schools next year. Naturally I should be excited, but unfortunately this particular school doesn't have a chapter of the sorority I am in. To the point, How do I start a new chapter of an existing sorority at this school?
Any help would be amaXIng.

Two things -- if the campus Panhellenic at your schools feels that there is no need for a new sorority, you can't do anything even if you wanted to start a chapter of your sorority.
Contact your HQ and see what they say. We can't help you here.

The school you are transfering to must be open for expansion, if your sorority is a Panhellenic sorority. Even if the school is open for expension, your sorority must be interested in having a chapter at that school. You can't just "start" a chapter. You need to get in touch with both the Greek Life Office at your school and the national HQ of your sorority before you can do anything.

Seems to me that if you were really in whatever organization you would know the process or at least who to ask...
