First week back at school means frozen dinners. Benihana chicken fried rice with roasted broccoli added on for hubby and Amy's gluten free broccoli cheddar rotini with some chopped up tavern ham and extra broccoli. And wine......lots of wine.

Seriously: a homemade peanut butter kisses ice cream treat. Very rich, with just the right amounts of sweet and salty. A local eatery created it just for the summer and today was the first time my appetite said, "yes, please".
