Change of pace! Burger meat thawed, so, chopped sirloin with spices, add steak sauce after cooked!

Side of Air Dryer Fries, with Worcestershire Sauce.

Tom we are on the same wavelength today. I made hamburger patties flavored with 1 packet of dry Hidden Valley Farms Ranch Dressing and melted Boars Head Vermont cheddar cheese on top Tater tots( they're gluten free!) on the side.

Tried that Hidden Valley mix, but was not spicy enough for me, LOL!

When I do mine, I add pepper/garlic spice, onion flakes, and a small dose of Tony C's which really helps touch it up!

Going out of my wheel house today! Salmon paddy's with fries.

Fingers crossed!!!

My mother used to cook those when I was a kid. I like fresh grilled salmon. Salmon patties? No thanks!

Right, and my MOM was such a great cook! God, I love to eat those (Salmon Patty's) but were expensive so did not get very often! Only fish we had was what we caught to ear. Usually local cat fish!!

Have 1 pack of Salmon steak left so thawing along with a nuked tater with French Onion Dip and Baco Bits!

good eating!

Dinner was a disaster. Wanted to make vegetable Korma, forgot to buy potatoes. :-(

so.....scrounged around in cupboard and found the makings of vegetarian chili. when adding the seasonings, grabbed cinnamon instead of cumin. UGH!

Defrosted traditional chili.

My grandma once made a pumpkin pie where she substituted the wrong spice. All of the grandchildren were so excited for the pie, and after we took one bite, we all said, "um, Grandma? There's something wrong with this pie!" She figured out what she did and had a good laugh about it, but we were really disappointed because it looked soooooo good!

Tonight -- going with an Oktoberfest theme and that same German grandma would be so happy! Homemade German potato salad and apple crisp, brats, and sauerkraut! And maybe some of that beverage we all remember being served in red Solo cups!
