If You Could Recruit .......

I was thinking about this this morning:
If you could recruit one famous person and one "infamous" (notorious for something controversial) into your fraternity or sorority, who would you choose?

For me, I would pick Sandra Bullock as my famous person, and Monica Lewinsky (sorry, I just think she is cool as s*it)!

I would recruit Natalie Portman as my famous person and I can't think of anyone infamous right now.

Famous: Helen Keller or Florence Nightengale if we can pick from the past) from today it would be Kirsten Dunst or Gwen Stefani.

Infamous: Roseann Barr or Madonna during her "Justify my Love" days...heh heh heh! How's that for controversy! Nationals would LOVE that...

Wink Recruit

Infamous my chapter would all agree that Eminem, is probably the closest celeb to our way of thinking......He is never afraid to speak his mind......
Now as for famous I would have to go with Huey P. Long, for all of you who dont know Louisiana politics, he destroyed the big business' strangle hold on government in Louisiana during the 20s and 30s. He did this buy taking over all aspects of the state government, and he once passed 44 bills in five days, and 226 in that year. If he hadnt been shot on the court house steps he would have been president after FDR. Basically the guy was a friend to everything Tau Kappa Epsilon stands for, and his additude that if it doesnt work than do something that does. I really think he would have gotten along well with the Fraters who got us to 300 chapters, and if he would have been one we would probably be at 700......But he dided so it cant happen........Blaise
