Hi Leann,

There is also a Phi Mu specific forum here - ask this same question here and there may be some special Phi Mu things you should be doing.

The pledges need to learn to work as a cohesive unit, but they need to bond with the whole chapter as well. Maybe have an event where the pledges and their bigs all go out to dinner together or something?
