New Member Program

Hello, my Kappa sisters!

I just graduated a few years ago, and I am now the New Member advisor to my local Kappa chapter.

Can anyone help me out with some of the ideas and/or activities and/or meeting agendae you've used in your New Member program? I'm trying to help my advisee, who is stressing due to a lack of good, hip ideas . . . the chapter (like all chapters) has had to abandon it's former "pledge" practices in favor of the new "New Member" guidelines . . . which is a positive move, but is leaving our actives with no ideas about how to have fun while still staying true to Kappa's New Member program.

So any ideas you can share with me will be much appreciated! Rush is next week, so we will have New Members before we know it!
