I've done that a few times.

I remember picking "Rapture," so I drew a picture of folks ascending, but when I clicked submit, it asked the person to guess meatloaf or something. Womp.

I once picked "Rza" and it made him guess "Tyra." At first, I thought maybe I clicked the wrong word but the more this app messes up, the more I'm convinced I was right!

Found out last night I am going to Derby Saturday. Found a hat, dress and shoes I love in 4 hours this afternoon. I think it must be a world's record.

The professor I have this term is crazy disorganized and scatter brained but at least she fixes her errors instead of being an arrogant jerk like my crazy professor last term.

My watch has been wrong for days and I have yet to fix it because I check the time on my cell more often than my watch.

The thing about hitting the email refresh button over & over until your computer wants to mutany is that it never makes the email you're waiting on come any faster.

Great. Congratulations on your new job. The big raise will be nice. I think you have a few things to wrap up before you leave?

No, we are not throwing you a going away party.

(but we might throw a gone away party later....)

LOVE THIS!

As in Charlene the Secretary (Cathy cartoon) tells her boss, "
Did you enjoy your vacation as much as we did?"

Dear Roommate,

Don't be passive agressive about having to clean the two small plates I left in the sink since Sunday. I wasn't trying to be lazy, I was trying not to fail property law. It's not like I'm a regular slob, and two can play the passive agressive game since you seem to be allergic to anything having to do with the dishwasher. Also. You don't get to be mad about the dishes if your girlfriend does the cleaning and not you.

Also, roommate, we signed a contract when I moved in. I promised to split each bill and pay my share of the rent which I did, even though your cable package is ridiculous and you always keep the bonuses we get when the electric company overcharges. And keep in mind that the contract said that neither of us would have overnight guests more than five nights in a row, or more than three times a week. So why does your girlfriend live with us now? Why has she been here six nights per week all semester? Its not that I dislike her, I actually prefer her to you. It's that I never signed up to live with a couple, and I'm sick of feeling like intruding constantly on both of you.

A contract requires offer and acceptance, mutual assent, and consideration. I don't know how you did in Contract law, but I assume you remember that basic little gem. There was offer and acceptance of the terms. We reached mutual assent that we'd stick to the overnight policy. Consideration is me paying my half of the rent and agreeing to a penalty if I flake out. You breached the terms...a material part of the lease.

No, I'm not going to pursue legal action. And I understand that she's moving in, but her move in date is not until June, after I leave. She will be a tenant soon, but she isn't now, and she won't be one until I am gone. This means that she doesn't get a key yet, and definitely not without telling me about it. So if I'm less than thrilled that she's crashing around making you breakfast in bed at some ungodly hour of this morning when we both have a final in a few hours...well all I can ask is that you see where I am coming from.

I know it would be best to actually tell you this, I don't want to email what should be said in person. And since you both are never apart, I don't want to hurt her by telling you this in her presence. I've tried to pull you aside, but it's hurtful to her to always include her in roommate meetings, and it's not fair to send her away when I am obviously discussing her. Besides, I am moving soon enough.

...you know, in my post exam haze, I'm still loopy, but felt good.

(I also thought you should know that I can hear you through the air vent. First, I am single right now because I want to be. This isn't my code for admitting that I'm a complete whore, and I can hear you speculating. Also. Women can have orgasms. Stop telling your girlfriend you wish women could have orgasms also. This means you are doing it wrong.)
