My boss signed her son and me up for a seminar on job costing today. The info said to bring a calculator. ME NO WANT!! Maybe I can snag a seat AWAY from him and finish up Emma on the Kindle phone app...but I doubt it.
On another note, I KNOW there have got to be people that have read Emma for the first time post-1996 and, like me, spend the who book waiting for an aptly-timed "AS IF!".

I REALLY DON'T WANT PAYTON IN DENVER
I AM SO HAPPY THAT THE PAYTON MANNING SAGA IS DONE.
For the record, I really don't want him at Denver.
I really do love Tebow. Squeaky clean guy who still needs some coaching. You'd think that Elway in all his wonder could help him or at least coach him.
Denver, you will pay for this PR nightmare.

Dear colleague who is NOT a software engineer and NOT a DBA and has a degree in, what was it, English Lit? ...
KEEP YOUR GRUBBY LITTLE PROTUBERANCES OFF MY NICE CLEAN CODE.
I know the boss said I had to give you root access to the production servers, but after this shit I have half a mind to go over his head and revoke it!

I'm really not sure about this colorful skinny jean trend for the spring/summer. I think it's super cute, but I'm all about practicality when I make clothing purchasing. Something that bold could be only rotated into my line up once every few weeks. I hate buying something if I know I'm only gonna wear it once or twice, which is what I think would happen with them.

I loved the trend when I saw it on others, I tried on mint-green jeans today, they looked vile. Definitely cute, but not on me, I guess they look better on the really skinny. They really accentuate the thigh area, I'm by no means fat but that did not look good.

This is why I love Netflix:
I just added all the seasons of the original Rugrats, Rugrats: All Grown Up, and one of the Rugrats Movies to my instant que.
I know some people cancelled netflix at the price hike. I only cancelled DVDs.

Add Rocko, Aah Real Monsters, Arthur, and Ren and Stimpy, and you have my queue
Actually, I have 400+ items in my queue, so I'm sure there are some other cartoons sprinkled in there lol

I only had the streaming, so I wasn't affected by the hike. $8 is a great price for unlimited streaming. The DVD portion seemed almost useless from the get-go (the time spent mailing DVDs means only a handful of actual viewing time per month).

$3.34 for merlot? Yes, please.
Kroger left a bad taste in my mouth a few weeks ago, but this is a perfect way to get me back on their side

This is a very 80's trend so I'll give you some hints. In the 80s when we wore that kind of thing, we wore it with a HUGE tunic shirt that came down to at least mid-thigh. It was super cute then. Oh, and then we wore the scrunchy socks over the pants. With high tops. And we thought we were the bomb. Yes, the bomb.

We only cancelled DVDs, but I think we'll cancel streaming as well. They never have the movies that we want to see available by streaming. Watched Ferris Bueller with son this weekend -- Ahmazon had it for streaming, Netflix didn't.
