Question Local, Professional, AND National?

Hi y'all,

My friend and I were talking about GLO's today and she kept insisting that you can be in a local sorority, a professional fraternity, and a national sorority all at the same time? I had thought it was limited to one national sorority and as many professional fraternities/honor societies as you wanted (permitted that they don't overlap, of course). Any input would be much appreciated!

Thanks
