Pork Roast via Crock Pot, very spicy with, black pepper, oregano, dried onion flakes, garlic powder. Wonder what I left out, LOL!

Cheesy potatoes on the side!

Cannot wait for pork roast sandwiches! They are the best ever!!

Do you ever shred the left over pork, add barbque sauce and serve on sandwich buns? So good!

I must've caught a cold on our trip, so am having some Amy's Organics vegetable lentil soup.

Thawing BACON!! Hope is done soon for Bacon and tomato sandwich's if happens! Baked beans on the side!!

If not, falling back on left over pork roast and baked beans!!

Bacon did not get thawed so had last of pork roast!

But today, will do bacon/tomato sandwiches with baked beans. Looking so forward to b/t sandwiches today!
