I made a Balsamic Viagrette for a bad-ass salad, with a side of lox. I know, strange menu but it actually tasted great.

My favorite salad: mixed greens, dried cherries and sheep's milk cheese with a honey vinaigrette (olive oil, champagne vinegar, dijon mustard, honey and white pepper). So easy to make, so damn good.

I don't really cook...at all...but I had to attempt some meals for me and my brother this week because my parents are out of town. Tonight it was chicken nuggets, mac and cheese and vegetables! lol

Tonight I made a big tray of homemade mac and cheese with some cubed ham tossed in - it was awesome AND it will last me through this first week of classes!
