Spring Informal Recruitment

Hey!

I just went through recruitment and I wanted to share my experience. Only four chapters at my school were participating in informal recruitment. I'll be using my dream cars as the code.

300- This chapter was nice, but I honestly just didn't make any good connections here. I didn't go to any of their other events for the week.

Escalade- I loved this chapter. The girls were so nice and welcoming. I also knew a lot of the girls previously to recruitment. I felt like I made friends, not just had nice conversations.

Navigator- I enjoyed this house; however, I felt I carried the conversations for most of the parties. I would have been happy to be a sister but I preferred other chapters.

Range Rover- I really liked this chapter. I felt very comfortable and I had a lot of good conversations.

I was invited to 3 prefs: Range Rover, Escalade, and Navigator. I only went to Range Rover and Escalade because of overlapping times.

But, I was offered a bid to all 3 chapters!

I accepted my bid to...

ESCALADE!

or...

ALPHA PHI!

How did you work out the time issue you were concerned about?

DubaiSis-
I called the second party and let them know that I would be about ten minutes late, they said it was no problem. There was only on girl that went to the first party and the second party with me. We were 30 mins late! We made it just in time for the ceremony part. (The first party started 15 mins late) It wasn't ideal, but we did our best to make it work.

And thank you everyone else for the support!

Chelsea
