Yes, I got the sense this was more of a split due to philosophical differences like the various orgs at Dartmouth and Harvard.

Given the quota numbers from fall, I just don't see that another sorority is needed at Purdue and I don't know where they would build. The land near campus is pretty much gone.

If they do decide to expand, do you think that ADPi would be interested in a recolonization? There are quite a few of their alumnae in the Chicago area!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: January 25, 2018 Contact: media@deltagamma.org

Delta Gamma Will Join Grand Valley State University in Fall 2018

Delta Gamma Fraternity has accepted an invitation to establish a new chapter on the
Grand Valley State Campus in fall 2018.

“We are overjoyed to join the fraternity/sorority community at GVSU,” said Director of
Extension and Consultants Lorie Hunter Holt, Epsilon-Ohio State.

Delta Gamma was invited to present to Panhellenic leaders on December 7, 2017.

“From the moment we stepped on campus, we immediately felt at home,” said Holt. “We
look forward to a collaborative partnership with the University.”

Delta Gamma joins nine other NPC organizations on campus. Delta Gamma has a rich
history and thriving membership in the state of Michigan, including an alumnae chapter in
Grand Rapids and three collegiate chapters – Beta Xi-Michigan State, Xi-Michigan and
Zeta-Albion.
