Hey there!
Yes, the first local sorority convention was last april, and the second one is being held at Truman State University in April 2003. Truman is in Kirksville, MO, and the local social and service sororities are hosting what should be a great conference. We are still in the planning stages of it now, and are focusing our attention on other local sororities in Missouri and the surrounding states, but hey, we would love to welcome other sororities as well. If you want information or have suggestions, let me know!

Sigma Chi Delta

Hey aprilxo, not only is it at Truman next year, but it was at UM-Rolla last year! I was supposed to go, but I moved to Little Rock in March and I just couldn't make it.

But, I am very proud of the ladies of TLS and Sigma Chi Delta for being next year's sponsors! If anyone is interested in more info, you can post any questions on the discussion board for the convention. So far no one has posted anything on the board yet, but I'm sure as it gets closer to next April it will be a helpful resource. The discussion board is here

Oh, and I'm glad you found out the month of the convention Laura! Sorry I couldn't give you that info in the beginning, but I really am out of the loop these days!
