Alpha Delta Pi recolonized in 2008, Phi Mu is colonizing in 2011, I think? Can a Phi Mu verify?

You know, I couldn't find it on our site. I'll have to keep looking. I was also under the impression that Phi Mu would be colonizing in 2011. It still shows that we are colonizing at Kentucky in the fall of 2011 but, I didn't see Augusta State University.
I wanted to announce that Phi Mu officially announced the recolonization of our Delta Zeta chapter at the University of Cincinnati in the fall of 2013! I'm so excited that it has finally been announced!

I know in 2009 the colony or potential colony had been named Theta Iota. Would they have named it so far in advance if it was a 2011 colonization? It sounds to me like possibly this effort never made it to colonization?

Did Mizzou just open and this all happen or was this in the works at the same time Tri Sigma came there? (i.e. stacked expansion)

I'm pretty sure USC is open, since I'm on Panhellenic and we (as a whole) voted to have a new sorority colonize in fall of 2013...
And I know Zeta isn't based on "ZTA," but both sororities in that movie (ZAZ and Phi Iota Mu) have remarkably similar names to existing sororities. I don't think ZTA was exactly pleased (see post 3: http://www.greekchat.com/gcforums/sh...ad.php?t=96918).

It was actually based on Los Zetas.

It's a little early, but Alpha Sigma Alpha will recolonize at Indiana University, our
Epsilon Phi Chapter and colonize at Boise State University, ID, in fall 2012.

I think they just opened. I don't believe anyone else was stacked behind us when we came on.

Very exciting! I don't think that had been "announced" here on Greekchat. Let us know how it goes!

Shame on the paper for that terrible write up. Congratulations to Sigma Kappa on their return to Mizzou! No need to dredge up old news.

Re IU, I thought we were going to take a year to PR blitz the campus after TPA had their year to colonize.

Don't sweat it. Yet again, a college newspaper article is horribly written. Possibly the doom of print media could be slowed if the writers of the future didn't write like they have a 6th grade education.
There was some very good news hidden in that abysmal article. I hope Mizzou can continue to grow!

Here are a ton of Sigma Epsilon Colonies that I'm extremely excited for!!!
Baylor University SEC
Clarion University of Pennsylvania SEC
College of William and Mary SEC
Emory University SEC
James Madison University SEC
Massachusetts Institute of Technology SEC
Randolph-Macon University SEC
University of Alabama SEC
University of New Hampshire SEC
University of Rhode Island SEC
Virginia Commonwealth University SEC
Wake Forest University SEC
Washington and Lee university SEC
I'll check to see if any of them will actually be [re]chartering in the Fall or Spring.

I'm pretty sure there's already a Sig Ep at W&L. Did it close in the last two years?
