Phi Reversed B lower case r?

I saw on a window cling, something that I originally thought was for a Fraternity. The symbols were a Phi then a reversed B (or Beta, I guess) and then a lower case r (This was serifed, so I'm sure it was a lower case r).

Any ideas?

you sure the lowercase r wasnt a stylized version of a lowercase gamma, lambda or tau? or a lowercase upsilon?

a lowercase variant epsilon looks like a reverse B but without the vertical line (like a backwards 3).

So perhaps:
Phi Epsilon Gamma
Phi Epsilon Lambda
Phi Epsilon Tau
Phi Epsilon Upsilon

No, the reversed B had a strong vertical bar on the right side and the r looked like an english r with a full bulging right side. Thank you for the ideas though...
