The Sigma Alpha Epsilon chapter at Chapmen has been suspended for four years. “policy violations” are mentioned , but not described, in the August 9 news story. See:

The Phi Gamma Delta chapter at the University of Arizona has been closed. Closure is due to RMF.

Sigma Sigma Sigma at the University of Alaska-Fairbanks has closed due to low membership numbers.

From last year's thread and Furman's website, Furman is open with Phi Mu, ZTA and Alpha Phi presenting. From another post by ChioLu and UCR's website, Cal - Riverside is open. Also Nevada - Reno is a carryover with presentations this fall.

Expansion was announced/listed in Lanesig's GC thread last season, and the university waited to have presentations until this season.

Tennessee Tech originally opened for in expansion Fall 2011; guess no one has expressed interest.
I have heard no announcements made by either Florida Tech or Belmont as to which groups have been chosen to definitely colonize.

According to thier Greek Website, the following fraternities are no longer recognized at Montclair State University for the 2014-15 school year.....
Alpha Kappa Psi- Lost of recognition
Alpha Sigma Phi- Lost of recognition
Phi Beta Sigma- Lost of recognition
Zeta Phi Pho- Lost of recognition
Tau Delta Phi- Closed due to low membership
