Pageant themes/ideas

My Sorority and our Brother Fraternity are gearing up for our series of chapter kind and queen pageants.

They will consist of the following categories:
Casual wear/Intro - Group

Beach Wear

Business attire

Talent

Question and Answer

Each chapter Queen and King will then compete in the National Pageant held at our conference in May and will receive a scholarship and other prizes....

Does anyone have any ideas for themes for the overall pageant, the chapter pageants, the different categories, etc.

Our info includes:
Omega Tau Pi Sorority Incorporated and Upsilon Phi Upsilon
Est 1994 and 1990
Colors Red, White and Black
Nicknames: QTPi/Cutie Pie - U-Men, ODDIEs
Mascots: Black Panther and White Tiger
