Yes, SDT just got a house this fall; but they held recruitment in a big white tent on Grounds, in January, and the weather was not good. They only got 1 NM. Nobody is sure quite why, but it's very sad.

Our Arizona State colony was installed today as the Zeta Omicron chapter. This coincides that today is our Founding Date.
Also, Happy Founder’s Day to the ladies of DPhiE. We have the same founding day.

DU expansion
Delta Upsilon has had a good year for expansion. After reinstalling the Maryland and Texas chapters in the Fall, Syracuse was reinstalled in January and Quinnipiac will charter in April and Northwestern will be revived in May.

This past weekend Kappa Sigma rechartered its Omicron Chapter, the sixth oldest chapter of the Fraternity, at Emory & Henry College, after it had been inactive/dormant for 123 years!

Hmmm...they were a chapter there in the late 80's when I was there and closed. Too bad it didn't work for them again. Although UVA is a tough nut to crack. Of the 6 NPC groups that have colonized or Recolonized there since I was there, only 3 "made it". And, 2 of the older chapters that had been there well before I was there have since closed.

Haven't seen anything about this yet, although it was a while ago. AEPhi (chartered in 2007) at Stanford University has closed due to low membership. AEPhi had always had significantly lower numbers than the other Stanford chapters, and did not participate in formal recruitment. After successful colonizations of APhi (2011) and AXO (2017), they were still unable to gain enough traction.
Stanford now has 7 sororities:
Alpha Phi
Alpha Chi Omega (participating in 1st formal recruitment this April)
Chi Omega
Delta Delta Delta
Pi Beta Phi
Kappa Alpha Theta
Kappa Kappa Gamma

Kappa Beta Gamma has launched colonization activities at Georgetown University(DC) and Southeast Missouri State University.
Zeta Beta Tau has been invited to colonize at Central Michigan University in Fall '18.
Phi Delta Theta has colonized at Ottawa University(KS). This is the first Greek Life organization at the university.
Congratulations to the following organizations on chartering this past weekend:
Alpha Kappa Lambda- Saginaw Valley State University(MI)
Phi Mu Delta- Robert Morris University(PA)

Kappa Beta Gamma has to be getting close to the requirements to join the NPC nationally as the 27th...
