It's different in the comics.

That was one of the places where it fell a part for me too.

I saw Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I laughed and laughed and laughed. I like the way that Johnny Depp plays weird.

First appearance: "Batman" No. 47 (1948).

Background: In the comics, Joe Chill was the thug who killed Bruce Wayne's parents - but was killed by his own gang (ital)after(end ital) they learned he had created their nemesis, but (ital)before(end ital) he could spill the beans about who that kid in the alley was.

Later ("Detective" No. 235, 1956) Batman learned that gangster Lew Moxon had hired Chill to kill Thomas Wayne, whom the criminal blamed for his conviction. Moxon didn't survive his introduction, either. (Although he's been revived recently.)

Later still, the 1989 "Batman" movie ignored Chill and Moxon, and used Jack Napier (a/k/a The Joker) as the gunman. And at the moment none of this applies - in the current comics the Gotham Guardian has no idea who killed his parents. What Chill will do in the movie is anyone's guess.

Crash was the best movie I have eveeeer seen. Somebody finally had the guts to make racial fun of EVERYBODY. I thought it was hilarious, even though it probably wasnt meant to be a hilarious movie...oh well.

Hehe, I forgot until I read this post...goes to show how much I know about the comics...I saw the movie and thought it was pretty good, but I only went cause a friend made me, I woudlnt have seen it on my own.

I wonder why they didnt write the story to be consistent?

I saw Hustle & Flow last night.

It was aiiiight, I'm glad I didn't play full price. As much as I love Terrence Howard this movie wasn't as good as I thought it would be.

Hustle and Flow

It was better than I thought it would be, but it wasn't as good as it could have been. But I thought it was a funny movie

One of my classmates told me that movie was really good. I'll have to see for myself but I have to wait 'til all my finals are done.

The Wedding Crashers - funny, but a little long in places. I wanted to see the Skeleton Key, but it got 50/50 reviews. I'll wait for the DVD.

I saw March of the Penguins this past week.....

man is that movie wonderful.....I just think how we complain about our lives and seeing what these Penguins go through every year....we really have nothing to complain about.

Morgan Freeman did a fabulous job of narration.
