Yes - although next time I'm gonna use sour cream with the cucumber - the yogurt just doesn't quite cut it!

Dinner...a disaster.
Cooked a ground turkey patty, wheat noodles, and had bought chopped olive salad. This is continuing healthy, ok at times boring eating, that has paid off in seeing drop in jean sizes.
I was getting a glass of green tea, and as usual, my mind was in several places, not paying attention and tripped over the cat.
The food goes everywhere, the plate, and glass full of tea broke, and kitty retreated under the desk.
For dinner: cheerios and milk.

Husband had to work late last night, so we made homemade mini-pizzas. Both a meal and an activity for the kids all in one!

Try Jewish Penecillian! It works for everything!

Chicken Broth and a few saltines! Maybe a little Sprite!

Settles the tummy!

Dinner tonight is going to be

a spinach salad with tomatoes, crutons, some cheese, and homemade french dressing *with a side of banana peppers.... i love these things!!!*

Seafood Penne .... aka penne noodles, crab meat, lobster tail meat, and shrimp, with an amazing white sauce to go on top of it.

Homemade sweet tea to go with it ... with lemons in the pitcher and putting a twisted slice of lemon on the glass after i pour the tea in the glass

and for dessert .... i made chocolate mousse last night *it had to sit all day to set* and it's the first time i made it .... so that's the only part of dinner i'm nervous about

Last night, we had carside takeout from Applebee's - The Worst Ever!

-the salads were all the "spine" of the lettuce, no leafy stuff
-the meat was VERY undercooked (I had ordered it burnt, she said "very well", and I said, "no, burnt." It was rare. Both of them.
-Everything else was cold - but who eats stuff with blood in it? Besides, I had the heat on full blast in the car, aimed at the food, so this wouldn't happen.
-I had ordered two different desserts. They ran out of the one, so gave me both the same. Blech is the nicest way I can describe them.

Yes, I plan to let them know!
