Mascots!

I didn't see this already in our thread...and since Phi Sig doesn't have an 'official' mascot--what do your chapters use?

Ours uses a penguin--not impossible to find, as long as it's the Holiday season!

Pigs. We're the Phi Sig Pigs

I love it, my binder is covered with pigs, and my big sis got me like this bobble head pig last year.

Phi Sig's official mascot is the sphinx

Our chapter's mascot is the dolphin since that is what our locals was before they went national

The Iota Gamma Chapter's mascot is a Butterfly. It goes with our "Aiming High" motto.

Theta Mu's local mascot is also the dolphin!

my chapter's founders picked the dolphin because of the way the dolphin 'aims high' when jumping out of the water and because it is one of the smartest mammals around.

Zeta Mu uses the lion. I get sad and upset when some of our sisters say that it is our national mascot or that we have no national mascot . Im just anal cause I studied really hard for initiation and still remember everything. No offense to anyone else.

Gamma Gamma's is the Teddybear and Sunshine. I'm not really sure why, but I know the sun was added a few years ago.

Delta Gamma uses a LION not to nit pick but I believe the sphinx is not our mascot, it's our SYMBOL see the "when was your mascot adopted" thread for explaination and other org's symbols and mascots

We just changed ours from a camel to a ladybug -- we figured no one could get any bad connotations from it, not to mention no other sorority on campus had that as their mascot. Camels were too hard to find and we wanted to be able to give gifts including our mascot.
