Umm, yeah, that's the house I'm talking about. And FSUZeta, I literally laughed out loud when I read your comment. I guess I'm not the only one with that assessment.
I will say that, judging by what I've seen on HGTV with makeovers, I'm SURE it will look a lot different in a year. Kansas State has an excellent architecture and interior design college--maybe somebody's doing their senior project on the reno! I actually think space issues--both house size and parking--will be the bigger issues.

The Greek Affairs website lists them as unhoused.

That is great, on both counts!

The only hand gesture we have is the "Sigma fingers" thing where you make a Sigma with your hands (you can see it in some of the Bid Day pics in this thread).
Our HQ discourages it and our magazine won't print any pics with girls doing it.
I personally don't mind it too much. There are worse signs they could make in pics.

I believe that honeychile had a descendent of an ADPi founder come through recruitment when she was active.

We only had a FIVE generation legacy when I was active. That took her back to the Adelphean Society. I think a founder would go back about eight or nine generations at this point - and I don't think two of our founders left ANY legacies.
Our Univeristy of Texas chapter, Delta, has had quite a few direct descendants of the founders initiated there. I would imagine that they go for the oldest chapter because of that. Most of these legacies are initiated with an Adelphean badge, but some opt to use their mother's or grandmother's. It's pretty cool either way!

our housing corporation is wonderful and the current director is a very gifted interior designer. she designed the redecorating of my daughter's chapter's chapter room/living room and it is stunning. i would imagine she will have a hand in at kansas state and it will be beautiful too.

Yes, it was very special being there when that phone call was made! It was also decided that Kappa Alpha Theta will be coming to VT in 2014.

The University of Maryland has suspended ('derecognized') their chapter of Tau Epsilon Phi due to RMF. The suspension will be lifted in either 4 years or when all current members have graduated.
