To the 'Delta Fit Club' team of Wilmington Alumnae Chapter for soulstepping our way to our two 5k walk/runs so far this season (diabetes, breast cancer) with the triple goals of 1) bringing attention to health issues that affect the female and minority communities; 2) raising money for said causes; 3) endeavoring to preserve our own health by getting fit and fabulous through walking.

579. For what turned into a week-long Founders Day celebration. We hung out almost everyday at Delta sponsored and non-Delta sponsored social and professional events that just so happened to take place January 13-23. I am exhausted, as are the Sorors who I attended the events with. We will now take a week or so break from each other. LOL.
580. For spending time with relatively recent alumnae chapter initiates who were spreading misinformation and, after I got over the shock and awe, lovingly and sisterly correcting the information.
581. For being able to rock BIG, BOLD, BRAZEN Delta symbols until the day I die without people who understand the culture and symbolism saying "that Greek stuff was college, let it go." And for people who do think and say that, mindyabidness.
