It's actually a styrofoam wig-head that was painted by a theatre major years ago. "Viv" on a Stick is the chapter mascot, along with "Nuts" and her little, "Bolts"

Maybe it's campus tradition that NM don't get ANY letters until initiation???
I didn't notice group names on any of the other t-shirts either...(although they had kinda smallish writing).
