Tom,
Are you talking about Creole Seasoning? The very best is Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning available at most larger super markets and specialty stores. You can't just call it a seasoned salt 'cuz its much more than that. I think my Dad puts it on ice cream!
Seriously, we use it to season just about everything and it is primo!
Try a small size to check it out, its really good.

Try Putting some Tuna Fish in it, Salt, Pepper, goes farther and tastes better! Then You can can call it a casaroll of sorts!

It is my dad's birthday so my mom is making his favorite-- hamburgers on the grill!! Gotta love it!!!!! I will be 27 years old on Sunday and I am still going to my parents house for free food!! I do not think I will ever be to old to do that!

Mom Was a Great Cook, My Meat Loaf was always better and made Her Mad!

Tonight, Scrable Eggs on Toast, Sharp Chedder, and with Frie Crispy Crinkles.
