Chip, (and anyone else interested) If you email me or post your email addy, I can send you our orginizational chart. its in Excell format. I can create it as a PDF if you dont have Excell.
Also, as for us. We have 2 LXA Chapters and 1 colony in the city. We decided to have a city wide association to take advantage of all the alums here in town. (HQ says there are approx 600).
We have a 9 member exec board, consisting of a president, VP, sec, treasurer, the three high Pi's in the city and 2 at large directors. Housing Corps are sub comitties of the respective high pi's. AAB's are also sub committee's of the Pi's. Finally, there are several regular committees, scholarship, activities and a dormant (activated when needed) High Pi search committee. System works great for us.
Also, the only ones who HAVe to be members of the Alum Assn are the 4 exec positions (Pres, VP, sec and treasurer) and the 2 at large directors (as they are nominated from the membership as a whole). The pi's, HC members and AAB members do not have to be members of the Alum Assn, although it is encouraged.
