STATUS QUO'S MASTURBATION MAYHEM

STATUS QUO guitarist RICK PARFITT misses the days when the entire band use to masturbate together on one big bed - as it formed a special camaraderie between the rockers.

The SWEET CAROLINE star insists collective episodes of self-pleasuring was de rigeur in the 1970s, although he admits such antics would be frowned upon by todays' clean-cut chart-toppers.

He recalls, "We'd project pornos onto the side of a white building. And we'd just lie there on the bed, collectively w**king.

"It didn't help when you were in your vinegar strokes if someone told you a joke.

"But that's part of being mates in a rock band. Well, it was in those days. I don't know if people do it now. It might be a bit uncool."

Ewwwwwwww

This is just so disgusting/disturbing, and from a Seattle weekly paper. Don't open it at work due to some language. Short story: she made beer with yeast from her vagina, people knew it and still drank it.

Now available at Garden Ridge: phony pumpkins made of styrofoam, suitable for carving, and sales are doubling every year.

Lee County High School, near Albany, GA, has awarded a varsity letter to 16-yr.-old sophomore Devan Hall for "auto racing."

Hotel plans to ban kids

LINZ, Austria (AP) - An Austrian hotelier has come under fire for his plan to ban children under 12 from his inn starting next spring because they disturb his adult guests, although dogs are welcome guests.

Roland Ballner, who runs the Hotel Cortisan on the shores of the picturesque Wolfgangsee in the province of Upper Austria, announced Thursday that he will only take in guests older than age 12 beginning May 1.

Ballner justified his unusual decree, saying young children were running around the hotel and grounds screaming and marking walls and new furniture with felt pens.

But his decision was condemned by regional officials, who said it would give the area a bad reputation, and by Sepp Schellhorn, the head of the Austrian Hotel Association, who called it excessive.

Ballner said he's convinced he'll still make money by refusing to let youngsters check in. Adults are welcome to bring their dogs, he added.

Actually, it's fairly common around here for inns (or bed-and-breakfasts, at any rate) to ban children under a stated age, often 10 or 12. Usually, such inns ban dogs as well, for the same reason - they make noise and can cause damage.

I have had more than one vacation, including my honeymoon, disrupted by small (and not so small) children who were left unsupervised and were running crazily up and down corridors, slamming doors and screaming and shouting. So I feel the innkeeper's pain... although I am confused as to why he would still allow dogs while barring children.

For the record, "The Stranger" is a very alternative newspaper in Seattle... It's entertaining, and FREE, but please don't think that it is really representative of what people from Seattle are like...

Woman found dead and half dressed, pinned by window

St. Louis police believe that a woman who was found dead Tuesday afternoon in a rear window in the 5400 block of Mimika Avenue had become wedged there while trying to burglarize a house and died of asphyxiation.

The identity of the 36-year-old woman, who is from Lincoln County, is being withheld until here relatives can be notified. An autopsy is being conducted.

Police said the woman had spent Monday at the house on Mimika, and on Tuesday morning she went on her way and homeowner went to work. The woman obviously returned, and broke out a kitchen window, unlatched it and tried to crawl through, police said. But the window had a second latch that permitted it to raise up only so far, and the woman became wedged and later died, police said.

In her struggle to free herself, her pants came off, police said.

Parenting columnist John Rosemond wrote last week that he and his wife were dining at an Atlanta place where dinner and a glass of wine were about $75.

A nearby table included a child, who was allowed to use those roller-skate sneakers, and skate around the dining room.

I've had more than one vacation ruined by honeymooners who were making noise and waking up my kids! I wasn't quite ready to explain to them what THOSE noises were!

If a hotel wants to be "adults only", that's fine. Perhaps there should be family wings and adults only wings, just as there are smoking and non-smoking rooms.

And, my kids think that Ponderosa and Big Boy are really nice restaurants..lol. But, you need to blame the parents, not the kids. Kids don't know it's wrong if their parents let them do it. I went with my daughter on an overnight field trip when she was in fourth grade and chose another mom and daughter to room with because I knew that she and I had similar parenting styles. As kids were running the halls, knocking on our door at 10:30 pm and calling on the phone that late, she and I kept telling kids to get to their rooms. We were both pretty fed up.

I don't think Seattle is all like that. I'm from San Francisco, we have way bigger freaks there for sure.

Regardless, it is beyond disgusting. If you went to the story link, you can see the label of the beer and it is out of control.

Boycott chocolate:

Some nut from Decatur, GA, David Smith, writes in today's paper that much of the chocolate in Halloween candy is produced in the Ivory Coast, where 15,000 children ages 9 - 12 are "child slaves" - many sold into slavery for just $30.

Just buy Fair Trade certified organic chocolate (that's the stuff where a mini-bar costs $2.88) to be sure.

Tell you kids not to accept that Ivory Coast stuff when they trick-or-treat.

Japanese engineers invent vibrating condomn

It is an open secret that Japanese enjoy the reputation of most cunning creators as far as the invention of stupid little things is concerned. This time they decided to make sex more pleasurable: Japanese engineers created a vibrating condom.

The new kind of condom was presented at the international show of inventions in Geneva in April. The visitors applauded to the skilled craftsman from Taiwan, whose product became the high spot of the show. The anti-hemorrhoid chair became the second most interesting exhibit of the show. The artful construction was supposed to relieve a seating individual from such discomfort as constipation, hemorrhoid and poor blood circulation. Now the enterprising Japanese decided to launch the production of a new sex toy. It is a conventional condom with a hard plastic ring on its base. The ring is outfitted with a tiny spherical vibrator, which gives extra pleasure to the most intimate part of the woman's body. To find the perfect place for the vibrating device on such a small item as a condom was a very hard nut to crack for Japanese sex engineers. A special agent was sent to Japanese brothels to investigate the issue. The new condom is currently undergoing tests. Porno actors and script writers were honored to become the first humans to put the new device on and try it in action. Women, who experienced the new kind of pleasure, were all thrilled with the new sexual feeling. They said that the vibrating condom would give women a possibility to experience two pleasures simultaneously. The condom is very comfortable in use, they said, it is wireless. "A lot of men think that women like the back and forth movement in sex. This is absolutely wrong. They would rather prefer to have the penis inside producing up and down movements," a porno actor said. The man added that the new invention would be highly popular on the market.
