Ohio State 2013-14 Recruitment
Gamma Phi Beta will be invited to campus in the fall to garner campus interest, through marketing of posters, flyers and promotional materials. They will also be listed in the upcoming recruitment look-book
They will not be permitted to recruit until January 21, 2014 (after formal recruitment bid day!). After that, they will likely have their own recruitment week and bid day, their goal will be average chapter size.
For chapters to vote on:
• Gamma Phi Beta to participate in Round 1 of Formal Recruitment. After round 1 they will not recruit until after January 21, 2014
• COB will be suspended for all 14 NPC chapters for a period of 3 weeks, as Gamma Phi Beta will host their marketing and recruitment weeks along with bid day. There will be no COB of any kind from January 21-Febraury 9, 2014. Chapters will still be able to snap bid if they do not reach quota after formal recruitment.
