I'm also wondering what's the deal with Hiro and his sudden illness.

Are any other LOST fans thinking Hiro's sickness (time-travel-related nose-bleeds) was stolen straight from LOST? That, combined with the comment about course-correcting, makes me think the writers for Heroes have given up, and have turned to a more successful show for ideas.

That was my first thought!!! I was like "Oh, Hiro is suffering from temporal (whatever Daniel called it)."

The finale bored me. I was disappointed.

Me too.....the whole Sylar is now Nathan thing is so confusing....wouldn't he think something was up if he cuts himself and all of the sudden it heals?

Or when he can't fly?

The show is getting a new villain for next season.

Robert Knepper, aka Theodore "T-Bag" Bagwell from Prison Break is joining the cast of the show to play a villain named Carnival Barker.

I LOVED him on Prison Break so I hope he does something good for the show. Personally, I think him as a villain & Sylar would be freaking awesome!

Bette, that's very exciting! I also thought he was fantastic on Prison Break, so I hope the character is interesting.

The new season starts tonight... is anyone planning to watch? I still haven't decided whether I'll watch or not. I remember being disappointed in Heroes last season, so I'm thinking about eliminating it from my line-up. We'll see...

I plan on watching. Last season was a bit of a bore, but I am hoping it comes back with a bang.

Hubby has already said if the first two episodes aren't fantastic, then he isn't watching anymore.

Ditto, not to mention there is so much stuff ABC has going on later this week, I could use one free night from the tube.

Same here. I'll still be watching but I did realize the other day while at Target that I only bought Season 1 on DVD. I didn't care to spend my money on the other seasons b/c they each got lamer.

WHo the hellie were the carnies?

Claire wants to pop that girl in the face....Hiro with 2 Macbooks!!! COOOL!!

ETA: Does anyone think:

1) it was crazy that Claire's new friend had absolutely no problem lounging on the dead rommie's bed

2) it was strange that she was left in a room that is considered a crime scene and not moved.

3) thinks that said friend has powers / killed the roomie...maybe she wants Claire to herself.

The carnies were actually pretty awesome IMO. Not sure what their deal is yet but so far, we've seen that the guy with the oxygen tank is a time traveler like Hiro. The one with the knives is the actor who played Darth Maul in the Star Wars movie. I LOVE Robert Knepper as the leader of the carnies. He was freaking awesome in Prison Break & he looks like he'll be an interesting character this season. Also, it looks like Claire, Peter & Sylar are on their next target list for something.
