I haven’t seen it in person, but I am told the Phi Mu house will be the largest sorority house at UK, and one of the largest of all the Greek houses.
For what it is worth, most (if not all) of the recently built, and soon to be built, sorority and fraternity houses are larger than all the other chapter houses – except maybe Delta Tau Delta which is pretty dang big. The UK Administration actively supports and works with the building of new Greek housing. As part of this, UK has purchased and rezoned a lot of property on (what used to be) the edge of campus and expanding the campus. This additional rezoned property has added more lots for potential new housing. And allows for bigger houses.

LSU Tri Delta Courtyard
The Tri Delta chapter house was constructed with a courtyard at the center. This year the courtyard was updated with new landscaping and outdoor seating.

Historic Tri Delta Chapter House at Brenau
The Delta Delta Delta chapter house at Brenau, located in Gainesville, GA, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was constructed one hundred years ago in 1915. It is noted for the two story columns and original features such as flooring, fireplaces, moldings and stairways.
The chapter was established in 1914 and this house has been home to the women since 1915.

Hello AST Alumna -
The new house in wonderful - great decorating for the chapter. Is the AST house the first and only one to be complete at Central Arkansas?
Two houses that I thought were so amazing (and completely different) are the Sigma Kappa house at the University of Arizona and the Tri Delta house complex at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I post this because maybe someone else has pictures to share of these houses.

Per the link I posted, it looks like the 5 NPC sorority houses make up phase one of the new Greek village.
One other picture that our President posted (which I assume was taken from the front lawn of AST) showed two other houses, but with the angle it's at, I can't tell which sorority’s houses they are.
