Does anyone know what's up with these results? Was there an issue with women declining bids, or with RFM, or lack of QAs? It seems odd that several groups would miss quota by just a few, while others just hit it or went over by only 1. Was quota really 45?

Article about the beginning of recruitment at Eastern Illinois University. The article mentions that just over 90 women are going through recruitment, down from 300 women 4 years ago.

According to some GCers last year, this is because of an overall drop in enrollment at EIU due to budget cuts from the state.
