It's literally raining media planning opportunities in Chicago. I've had 5 recruiters now reach out to me in the past 3 months. Too bad I cannot look into any of these since we're moving. I always ask if they know about anything in Denver/Co Springs, but the answer is usually no 
ETA: Make that 5 in the last 2 months, can't count backwards I guess.
Sigh.

I am forced to peer review your work, coworker. It is not my fault you write poorly and put random words in all caps. (Think: The cat CAN run to the tree) It's my job to fix those errors and to pose questions that make your document better...I'm not attacking you

Helping a young lady I know edit her resume and what a mess. She's graduated with her bachelors from the University of Phoenix. She also misspelled the name of TWO of her previous employers. The whole thing was done in 22 point font. Seriously. Her degree is in health administration, and she wants to do any kind of administrative work. I'm helping her, but I'm having sincere concerns about any job she would get.

I can't believe I'm going be 30 next month. I was just 23 when I first joined GC, which seems like yesterday. Now, I'm going to be 30.....already? Why me?
But, in 3 months my apt. lease is up for renewal. Of course, I won't be renewing. So, no more renting for me. Home ownership!..woohoo!

Annnnnd I just had my 5 yr college reunion. That seems likea lifetime ago.
Brace yourselves- I'm shutting down an entire city block this morning. I'm hoping and praying for no rain, and for people to respect my parking variance. Giddy up.
