University of Alabama sorority expels member, ‘condemns’ racist text message

A University of Alabama sorority has ousted its president and removed a member after a racist text in a group message came to light, according to reporting from the Crimson White student newspaper.

Alpha Phi posted a statement to its Instagram page Thursday that confirmed the removal of a person from the sorority’s membership and said the chapter’s judiciary board was investigating other people involved in the group text.

Thank you for posting this. What a load of bullshit. Alpha Phi is a dumpster fire at the top. This chapter has so many racist incidents that the chapter should simply be shut down.
