Can someone who is better versed than I in RFM explain the discrepancies? I'm just curious how it works, like Theta taking ~20 more girls at Auburn, and Gamma Phi/DZ taking more than average at Bama?

Is it because of total? Or is it quota additions?

Those are quota additions. Remember that if a girl attends all parties and maximizes her options she is essentially guaranteed a bid from one of those groups. It is probable that those groups had more people at their pref parties, and may have had multiple PNMs where it was their only pref party. So, they become additions.
