LOL! That's a good one!
Pfizer is in the running to come out with one first. I hope there are no side effects (thinking about all of the drug commercials that mention side effects that are worse than the original symptoms ).

I saw interviews of participants in the Moderna Vax study and all mentioned mild symptoms similar to what some people get after a flu vaccine. What we don't know are long-term symptoms, if any exist.
Regardless, I will line up to get a vax one they are available to me. I know I won't be on the top of the totem pole but I will get it.

I'll get it also however, the bolded, bothers me, A LOT.

I've never gotten a flu shot. What are the side effects? (flu symptoms I would imagine)

Honestly, I'm far enough down on the list in terms of priority to get the Vaccine that I'll expect that any wierd effects will have shown up. I do intend to take it though. Have I gotten every Vaccine, nope (I think I'm still short Chicken Pox and I think I'm abt 50/50 on getting the Flu shot this year).

Too fast for a vaccine though. I’m leery.

I feel the same. Although I'll probably be in the 2nd or 3rd group who can get the vaccine I'm going to wait. Too many unknowns.

You shouldn't get those, it's a killed vaccine.

I get a flu shot annually and have never had any side effects other than a sore arm. I cannot get live virus vaccines (like the first shingles vaccine) but all others are safe for me. I will get the COVID-19 vaccine as soon as I can because of my multiple high risk co-morbidities. I've been reading a lot about the new method of creating this vaccine and it is pretty amazing technology.

I've gotten a flu shot every year for 30+ years. Some years I will experience a some soreness and discomfort at the injection location (while some years there's nothing). A few times I've experienced a little fatigue for a day after the vaccination (most years not). That's really been it as far as my side effects from flu shots. Most flu vaccines are made with dead virus, so they can't give you a "mild flu" as some people like to claim.

My 3 year old granddaughter just accused me of turning off Paw Patrol while she was taking a bath. For the record, she is still in the bath tub and Paw Patrol is still on the TV.
