a little about everyone

Hey brothers of Lambda Chi

I dont know if this has been done before but lets put info about our selfs up here.

Jonathan Nathan

Lambda Iota 905

Spring Of 2004

I rushed Lambda Chi for two reasons. One reason was that one of my good friends is a member and he told me how awsome Lambda Chi is. and two we have one of the best reps on campus and across the country.

I am a sociology major with a crimial justice emphasis. i am also gettting ready to leave for army basic trainning in January of 2006, to become a Military Policeman. I also already have a son, who hopefully will be a legeicy, he is a year and a half old.

Tom Earp,

Founded Beta Chi as a Local in 1965.

Colonized at the end of the School Year 1966.

Dont think they did colony Numbers back then but is a long story between George Spasyk and myself on how We got LX Z!

Currently on the House Corporation, member of the mentoring committee, started the house building committee, started the Alum Assoc. and keeper of the LX Z email listing.

Other than that, not much!

Welcome aboard to GC and Our Band of Merry Brothers!

Mike, I may be a bit older than you, dont remember from our talk and libations in Jono and my room at G A!

One must try to remember, I was an Active member for one year so am still learning and meeting a LOT! Almost 40 years this next one coming up!

Oh, can tell by my Sig. my Zeta # !

Guess it is true what some of the older Alums call me from back when, "The Old Fart"!!!!!!!

Rush career consisted of 1 rush. I went to a Lambda Chi rush with my roommate, who was also rushing. I had never been to a rush, and had no intention of joining a fraternity. Then, I walked into Lambda Chi, and before the evening was over, I had decided "I have to be a part of this!"
Took my bid the next week
Never regretted that decision
Still wear my 80's style satin LXA "disco jacket" to Fraternity events.

Current Employment: Employed as a Public Relations guy for 4 Guys Firetrucks in Meyersdale, PA. We build custom-designed all stainless steel fire trucks. I'm in charge of magazine advertising and the company web site:

In order of importance, there are only two items on my resume:

1. Being there as my son Andrew was initiated into our Fraternity in November 2003.

2. Everything else.

Thumbs up

Keep up the info, it is so interesting to see what others who are still movers and doers in LXA are still doing so after Graduation.

Lynn is a little remiss, I think. We, LX Z were Chartered by the Ritual Team from Drury in 1969 , Theta Sigma, and if not for a small fluke of one year, we would have first met back them instead of 2004 at General Assembly!

-Love Lambda Chi Alpha! Last semester seriously changed my life and I am having the greatest time in my life! I wonder what life would be like for me if I had not rushed. I know that it wouldn't be this great. I feel that everyday I am changing and growing into the person I want to be.
