Crazy Family Members

Someone else pulled a gun out at our last family gathering, but it wasn't that crazy great aunt. No comment on who it was (thankfully no one from my immediate family). That was the third time...three different people, all 60+. I guess that qualifies as being a crazy family member.

Nope....my mom (the oldest & most level-headed) explained to her that maybe that wasn't the best idea. So my aunt went back to being a "herbalist" (i.e. smoking the sticky-icky) and a connoisseur of Little Debbie Snack cakes.

what you tryna to say?? Nah, most of my in-state peeps are cool. Even my cousin (a Que) who supposedly played a corpse in a funeral scene in the 5 Heartbeats? (I didn't see the movie). Anyway it's always the fam from the dirty South (Alabama, in my case) that give you stories

No, please, no! Don't take my card It's too dang close to 4th of July bbq for that to happen. So if there was a funeral scene in the movie, anybody remember a skinny guy w/ a pencil mustache, and a big head in the coffin? Knowing my cuz, he was probably in the coffin trying to throw up an Omega hook.

...besides I've always been suspect of the story. He said he was in Cali acting, but you know how it is when fams "go away" for awhile

Only one person died in 5 Heartbeats so your cousin is LYING!! The man who died, lawd I forget his REAL NAME but he played the group's manager and was married to Diahann Carroll in the movie. He could play the hell out of that saxophone too.

I have a cousin Hakeem, who is now Hakeema (he had a sex change.) But get this....he's dating a girl who has changed herself into a guy. Has facial hair and everything. I mean, really....isn't that pointless?

That's really the craziest thing in my whole fam...that I know of. My family is really fun and that makes them 'crazy'. They're all 'crazy' in a good way (if that's possible), but like I said, that's the craziest happening in my family.
